New Build House - The Pump House, Ware SG12

Replacement of a Victorian pump house building with a large, high spec house and associated outbuildings, including extensive landscaping of the grounds, summerhouse, infinity pool and gym. This site was both located in the green belt and also in a high risk flood area, with close scrutiny from both the planning department and the environment agency, so the design and approvals process was not straightforward. The groundworks, drainage, foundations and floodwater management systems required extensive design work, and approvals from the relevant bodies before the works could start. The project required a huge amount of work and dedication from our team and indeed all parties involved, but the end result is a stunning, luxury home that the client and his family are extremely proud of, and intend to live in and enjoy for many year to come. Humphreys and Sons were involved from start to finish, and also supervised the building works on site.
